Grease degradation BIOFOOD

For up-grading of grease separators installed in kitchens and restaurants.

Degradation process in a grease separator can be accelerated by adding microorganisms.

These microorganisms are commercialized in their liquid phase under the name of BIOFOOD.

Adding BIOFOOD into your grease separator will increase the efficiency of the whole process, by reducing:

• clogging in pipes

• bad odours

Important: the use of BIOFOOD is restricted and depends on the capacitiy of the municipal treatment plant. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to approach local authorities before using BIOFOOD.
